norrine's background


Dr. Norrine L. Russell, Ph.D. is a developmental psychologist who offers coaching services, conducts support groups, and provides services to nonprofits.  Dr. Russell has lived in Tampa since 2003; prior to that she lived in New York City. She was born and raised in the Midwest. She currently lives in the Carrollwood area with her husband and two young children, a son and a daughter. She is a member of the Junior League of Tampa and the Athena Society. Her undergraduate degree is from Bradley University, her graduate degrees are from Bowling Green State University, and she has participated in the Graduate Certificate Program in Non-Profit Management in Innovation at the University of Tampa.
