Being a mom is challenging enough--being a mom of a child with ADHD can be VERY challenging. My commitment to this group comes from my own experiences and struggles as the parent of a son with ADHD. If you would like to be part of this new small group forming in North Tampa for support and encouragement, please get in touch!

Coaching is the process of helping healthy people set and achieve goals and make positive change! If your child needs a boost in their social skills or academic goals, coaching can help. If you want to learn new parenting skills or achieve more harmony and greater connectedness at home, coaching can help. If you are interested in a consultation, please call Norrine at 813-508-2367.
From a former client: "Norrine is easy to talk to and gives solid, practical advice. She always knows just what to say, and I always feel better after I talk to her. She's an amazing person!"
if your school or organization is interested in pursuing funding, please contact me to discuss your goals. My area of expertise is writing successful proposals for foundations, both private and corporate.
From a nonprofit executive director: "Dr. Russell has the ability to think and work through projects of all sizes efficiently and effectively. She has been the voice of reason and inspiration for our organization on more than one occasion. Norrine's wonderful insight has helped us achieve several organizational goals and we look forward to working with her for years to come."

This month's Honoree of the Grow Spotlight is High Risk Hope, a non-profit founded by Heather Barrow in February of 2011.
HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY, HIGH RISK HOPE!
High Risk Hope provides support, encouragement, information and resources to women and families who are experiencing a high risk pregnancy resulting in hospital bed rest, potential premature birth and neonatal intensive care after delivery.
As an volunteer who delivers bed rest baskets to women at St. Joseph's Women's Hospital, I am a huge fan of the project and its CEO, Heather Barrow--and I wish it had been around when I was on bed rest with two babies! I love my Monday mornings visiting the patients! Certainly makes me thankful for my two healthy children and the chance to watch them grow. Heather, you are amazing! Thanks for creating such a great program in our community.
