Dr. Russell is committed to offering services that help individuals improve their lives, create better schools and communities, and enhance the success of nonprofit organizations. Russell Coaching and Consulting offers life coaching, support groups, and consulting services for nonprofits.

Dr. Russell works locally in Tampa, FL and across the country with partnering organizations. 

Russell Coaching and Consulting is approved by the Administrative Services organization at the Children’s Board as a provider of Psycho-Educational Groups for girls, boys, and parents; Social Skills Training; and Life Skills Coaching.

Russell Coaching and Consulting is approved by the School District of Hillsborough County as a vendor in a number of areas, including Education and Training Consulting, Educational Services, Facilitation Services, and Parent Workshops. 

Russell Coaching and Consulting also serves as a partner for the Full Service Centers. The mission of the HCPS Full Service Centers is to serve as a support to schools primarily located in the East and West Tampa communities. Full Service Centers provide Hillsborough County School District students, along with their families, academic and infrastructural support necessary to achieving success.
