Dr. Norrine Russell provides a variety of consulting services for nonprofit organizations across the country, including those helping girls and/or boys as well as women’s groups. Dr. Russell has created youth programs and program evaluation models at The University of Minnesota-Morris, The YWCA of The City of New York, and The Ophelia Project-Tampa Bay. She has written grants to support those programs as well as for organizations working in the areas of child welfare, sexual assault prevention, and women's leadership. Strategic planning is of particular interest to her, especially as organizations strive to create sustainability in the current climate.
